UnpackCard is a local Pokémon TCG shop in Malaysia selling real, authentic cards.

We sell online at www.unpackcard.com.

How to reach us is on the Contact page. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

• Real, authentic Pokémon TCG cards, from our own stock and from suppliers we buy from directly.
• Sealed Pokémon TCG products, such as Elite Trainer Boxes and booster boxes, in English and Japanese.
• Packs that you open on screen, each drawing one card. How they work is set out below, and every pack price is on the Pricing and Odds page.
• Card trading, so collectors can swap for the cards they want, is coming later.

Packs are only for people 18 or older, and you need an account to open them. When you sign up or log in, you confirm your age and agree to these terms with the tick box in the sign-in window, and your account records it with the date and the terms version. If you are under 18, do not sign up or open packs.

• Every pack price is shown on the pack and on the Pricing and Odds page. Sealed prices are shown on the product and at checkout. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates for guidance only; you are charged in RM.
• Sealed products are paid for at checkout. The full amount you pay, including shipping, is shown before you pay.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your banking or card details.
• We may change prices, products and rewards. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.

Pack credit is for play. Cards ship once shipping opens.

• Packs are opened with pack credit. Every new account is given RM100,000 of pack credit once, when the account is made. No payment is taken for it.
• This credit is for play. It has no cash value and cannot be paid out. We may reset or remove it when paid top-ups start.
• Pack credit only buys packs. It cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and it has no value outside this site.

When you are logged in, your pack credit, the cards you pull and keep, and the cards you sell are stored on our server against your account. Logging in on another browser or device shows them there, and clearing your browser data does not delete them. You need to be logged in to see or use pack credit.

Your settings, such as sound and theme, stay in your browser. Pack credit or cards saved in a browser before you made an account stay in that browser and are not moved to your account. The Privacy Policy lists what is stored and why.

• Each pack has a pool of cards and a price. The card in each pack is drawn from its pool at the rates listed on the Pricing and Odds page, which are shown again on the pack before you open it.
• The rates can differ by how many packs you open at once. The Pricing and Odds page lists the rates for every pack count.
• Every pack you can buy has four pack styles: Normal, High, Max and Ultra. The style you pick sets the rates used for every pack you open with it, and it never changes the price. The Pricing and Odds page lists the rates for each style.
• The cards are drawn when you open the pack. What is drawn is what you get, and we never draw it again. The rates shown on a pack before you open it are the rates used for that pack.
• Pack credit is for play. Cards ship once shipping opens. See the Shipping Policy.
• Test pulls chosen by an administrator are marked on screen as staged and never cost credit.
• On average, the cards in a pack are worth about 86% of its price, so on average you get back less than you pay. That figure is for the Normal pack style. For the other styles, High, Max and Ultra, the cards in their packs are worth less on average: see Pricing and Odds for each style's figure.
• Card values shown on the site are our valuation, based on market prices, and change over time.

After you open a pack, you can sell a card you pulled. Selling pays 100% of the card value shown on the site, as pack credit.

Do not use bots or scripts to open packs or place orders, try to break or overload the site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it. We may suspend an account that does.

Card data and images come from the Pokemon TCG API (pokemontcg.io). UnpackCard is not produced, endorsed, supported or affiliated with Nintendo or The Pokemon Company.

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page and ask you to agree to the new version the next time you sign up or log in.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
