Refund Policy

Pack credit is for play. Cards ship once shipping opens.

• If your pack credit is taken but your pack does not open, we give the credit back.
• An opened pack cannot be refunded, because its cards were drawn when you opened it.

Once shipping opens, if a card from a pack arrives damaged in transit, or is not the card shown in your pull, we replace it or refund it.

You can return an unopened sealed product within 7 days of delivery. It must still be in its original shrink wrap. We refund the price you paid, less the shipping fee.

Contact us through the Contact page with your order details and, for a damaged or wrong card, a photo of it. Refunds for sealed orders go back to the payment method you used.
