Pack credit is for play. Cards ship once shipping opens.

Until then, cards you pull are recorded in your account, and no physical card is set aside for you.

We ship the sealed products you buy. These details apply to every sealed order, and to cards once shipping opens:

Packing

Each card is sleeved and put in a toploader.

If a sealed order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page with your order details and a photo of any damage, and we will tell you what we can do. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 are not affected.

Once shipping opens, if a card from a pack arrives damaged, the Refund Policy applies.
